Administrative Services

In order to maintain a plentiful membership, an association needs a well experienced staff to handle various member needs. NAC provides a variety of customer solutions to our association clients to oblidge the needs of their members.

 Below are a few of these services that NAC provides.

Legal Consulting & Maintenance:

This service includes drafting and amending by-laws, filing annual registration reports, organizing, maintaining and securing all physical records at NAC's home office, and filling all state and federal requirements.

Meeting Facilities:

Most of our associations have required annual meetings. NAC provides facilities for conducting meetings of members and the associations board directors. We also provide staff for drafting minutes of these meetings. Accomodations via proxy votes can be made for members that cannot attend the meetings.

Data Management:

Member data will be maintained and updated on our servers. New member data transmissions can be done on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis in whatever electronic form is agreed upon. We can provide data reports to the board as required.
